If you agree to proceed, securely package the storage device to prevent further damage, ensuring it doesn’t move inside the packaging. You can send it to us using Royal Mail (registered or special delivery recommended) or by courier. A shipping form is available on the Contact Us page. Once ready, include your full contact details and either mail the device or deliver it in person.

If You Avail Of Our Services How Do We Recover Your Data?
Once we recover the data from your failed hard drive, our engineer will call you to explain the process. They will also send you an email detailing the recovered data, including a complete directory listing and screenshots as proof of our work. Typically, hard drive recovery takes 2-3 days, but it can be expedited—feel free to discuss this option with the engineer.

How And When Will You Get Your Data Back?
After verifying the data over the phone and via email, and confirming that everything has been recovered to your satisfaction, we kindly request full payment via credit or debit card, cheque, or bank transfer. There is no additional charge for using a card. Once the payment is received, we will create a backup of your data on the medium of your choice. We can either send it back to you via next-day courier service, which is included in the payment, or you can collect the data backup yourself if you’re in the area.
